RASKO LINEN SERVICES SCORE 91.42% FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The judging process for the 2005 Australian Achiever Awards for Sydney's Cleaning and Maintenance Services & Supplies category was completed on the 19th of July.

rasko linen services scored a highly recommended 91.42%.

Now in its eighth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independant, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a businesses own customers - an in dication of a well run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom.

The awars system focuses on seven criteria, each scored spearately, namely: Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

The judging process for the 2004 Australian Achiever Awards for Sydney's Cleaning and Maintenance Services & Supplies category was completed on the 17th of November.

rasko linen services scored a highly recommended 95.87%. This is an excellent result and shows that theircustomer service approach is one of the highest standard.
